Intensives & Retreats
3 day intensive

This intensive includes 3 morning Ashtanga Yoga sessions and 2 in-depth workshops.

Through guided practice, conscious breath, and meditation, we cultivate steadiness, clarity, and presence.

7 day immersion

We take the Ashtanga practice a step further : beyond routine and into understanding.

Through 6 morning practices and 3 in-depth workshops,  we will explore and embody the pillars of Ashtanga Yoga. What you cultivate here carries with you long after the retreat ends.
